Falconreed is a professional consultancy firm, established on 15 November 2011. We help governments, public institutions and the programmes that support them manage public resources well, make and implement sound policy, and put reliable digital systems to work.
Our work is organised in four practice groups: Governance & Public Finance, Policy & Institutions, Digital Government & ICT, and Programme Delivery & Evidence. Together they cover the advisory, systems and capacity-building services that public-sector reform requires.
